Ingredients
1 cup Penne Pasta
1 Carrot (Julienned)
1 Green Bell Pepper (Sliced)
1 Red Bell Pepper (Sliced)
1 Sausage (Sliced)
2 tbsp Butter
2 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
1 cup Milk
½ cup Grated Cheese (Mozzarella or Parmesan)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
½ tsp Chilli Flakes
½ tsp Mixed Herbs
½ tsp Oregano

Step 1:Cook the Pasta
Boil pasta according to package instructions until tender.
Drain and set aside.
Step 2:Sauté the Vegetables and Sausage
Heat a pan and sauté carrot, bell peppers, and sliced sausage.
Season with salt, pepper, chilli flakes, and mixed herbs.
Cook until vegetables are slightly tender and aromatic.
Step 3:Prepare the White Sauce
Melt butter in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add flour and cook briefly, stirring continuously.
Gradually pour in milk while stirring to avoid lumps.
Cook until the sauce thickens and becomes smooth.
Step 4:Season and Add Cheese
Add salt, pepper, and oregano to the sauce.
Stir in grated cheese until melted and creamy.
Step 5:Combine and Serve
Add the cooked pasta and sautéed vegetables to the sauce.
Mix well until everything is coated evenly.
Serve hot.
