Ingredients
Potato
2 Potatoes
2-3 tbsp Oil
to taste Salt
Barvas Sauce
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 Garlic
1 Onion (finely chopped)
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Chili flakes
1 tbsp Tomato paste
1/2 tsp Sugar
few drops Lemon Juice

Step 1:Prepare the Potatoes
Peel and cube 2 medium potatoes.Boil in salted water for 5–6 minutes, then drain.
Shallow or deep fry in 2–3 tbsp oil until golden and crispy.
Drain on paper towels; sprinkle with salt and a pinch of chili powder or paprika (optional).
Step 2:For the Sauce
Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic cloves until soft.
Add spices; stir for 30 seconds
Stir in tomato paste (or ½ cup tomato puree), sugar, and salt to taste.
Simmer for 5–7 minutes; thin with water (100 ml) if needed.
Blend for a smooth texture or leave it chunky for a rustic feel.
Add a lemon juice to brighten the flavor (optional).
