Dough:
2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
2 tsp Flaxseed Powder
1 tsp Olive Oil
Water (as needed)
Pinch Salt (Optional)
Filling:
2 cups Cabbage (Chopped)
1 Small Carrot (Chopped)
2 Baby Corn (Chopped)
2 tsp Ginger-Garlic-Green Chili Paste
2+ cups Soya Granules (Boiled)
½ cup Vegetable Stock
2 tsp Soy Sauce
2.25 tsp Chilli Flakes
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Oil
Coriander Leaves & Stems
Garlic Chili Sauce:
½ tsp Oil
1 tsp Garlic (Chopped)
3 Green Chilies (Chopped)
½ tbsp Soy Sauce
1 cup Water
1 tsp Cornflour + 1 tbsp Water (Slurry)
Coriander Leaves & Stems
Few Drops Lemon Juice
Salt to taste

Step 1:Prepare the Dough
Mix flour, flaxseed powder, and salt in a bowl.
Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough.
Add olive oil, knead again, and let it rest for 20–30 minutes.
Step 2:Prepare the Fillings
Heat oil and sauté ginger-garlic-chili paste.
Add vegetables and cook briefly.
Add soya granules, soy sauce, spices, and stock.
Cook until the mixture is moist but not wet.
Add coriander and let it cool.
Step 3:Shape and Steam Dumplings
Divide dough into small portions and roll into thin circles.
Place filling in the center and seal the edges.
Steam for 10–12 minutes until cooked.
Step 4: Prepare the Garlic Chili Sauce
Heat oil and sauté garlic and chilies.
Add soy sauce and water, then bring to a simmer.
Stir in cornflour slurry and cook until slightly thickened.
Finish with lemon juice, salt, and coriander.
