About the Recipe
Soya Seekh Kebabs are a delicious vegetarian twist on the classic seekh kebab. Made with protein-rich soya chunks ground into a mince-like texture and combined with onions, herbs, and spices, these kebabs can be shaped into traditional seekh-style rolls and shallow fried until crispy. They make a perfect snack, appetizer, or wrap filling and are a great plant-based alternative to meat kebabs.
